This is where we start building your awareness, defining your strengths, and identifying your successes to set the stage for your next achievements. This is the foundation on which we build your Goals.

Week 1 – One session averaging 1.5 hours in length
Week 2 – One session averaging 1.5 hour in length
Week 4 - One session averaging 1.5 hour in length
As needed, we will have interaction via phone and email Monday through Friday.

Week 1 – One session averaging 1.5 hours in length
Week 2 – One session averaging 1.5 hours in length
Week 4 - One session averaging 1.5 hours in length
Planning the Trip - 4 weeks, 4 sessions
